ANUISA & UCISA

The PPI ACT, or Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia di Australian Capital Territory, is an organization that represents Indonesian students in the region. It operates through two main branches: ANUISA (Australian National University Indonesian Students Association) and UCISA (University of Canberra Indonesian Students Association). ANUISA serves the Indonesian student community at the Australian National University, providing support, networking opportunities, and cultural events. Similarly, UCISA caters to Indonesian students at the University of Canberra, fostering a sense of community and promoting Indonesian culture. Together, these branches work to connect students, assist in their academic and social needs, and strengthen the ties between Indonesia and Australia.

ANUISA (ANU Indonesian Students' Association) is a student-led organization at the Australian National University (ANU) that serves as a community for Indonesian students and anyone interested in Indonesian culture, society, and issues. ANUISA provides a platform for students to connect, support each other, and celebrate Indonesia's rich traditions while also fostering academic and professional development.

ANUISA organizes various academic, cultural, and social events throughout the year, including networking sessions, Indonesian cultural celebrations, discussion forums, and casual gatherings, creating a home away from home for Indonesian students. These events aim to strengthen ties among Indonesian students, introduce Indonesian culture to the wider ANU community, and provide support for students navigating university life abroad.

The University of Canberra Indonesian Students Association (UCISA) is a dynamic student-led organization dedicated to supporting and uniting Indonesian students at the University of Canberra. UCISA creates a welcoming environment where members can connect, share experiences, and celebrate their cultural heritage. Through a diverse range of activities, including cultural festivals, social gatherings, academic support programs, and sports events—UCISA fosters a strong sense of community and belonging. The association also serves as a platform for students to develop leadership skills, build networks, and promote Indonesian culture within the university and the wider Canberra community.
